the Protagonist walked through a forest to come across a Caterpillarso unwilling to work

change was what this creature considered

so it would always be around in lurk
so why was this caterpillar’s actions so leisurely

that lead it to sit in upon that leaf

so eager for change but never leaving dull scenery

simply living in grief
but of what you might ask

I will later tell 

for the caterpillar’s true face unmasked 

for all was not well 
it would have looked to be

a fear of failure and being lost in Neverland

so knowledgable of the issues at hand or so it seemed

but never willing to make a stand
so what say this Caterpillar was a disappointment

even considered a miserable soul

but what you would learn is it lacked commitment 

for you would never know its true goal
a goal it didn’t even know itself

the Protagonist never ceased to be amazed by hole in which it fell

for this caterpillar lacked the voice for self

well I must tell that this creature wished everyone to hell
so what did the protagonist learn

that blaming others who do what one cannot

is just as bad as playing with fire for you are bound to in time burn

there will come a time in which everyone will stand for their beliefs
that being the caterpillar is living life without action

a life without motive and reason

and so that caterpillar hung as a misery attraction

on that leaf during all times of season
